Over 40 families were vaccinated on October 10 at the free, all-day, drive-through vaccination event. Wayne Pediatrics, Wayne School of Medicine students, Detroit Health Department, and Henry Ford Hospital provided the volunteers needed for taking medical histories, educating families on vaccines offered, administering the vaccines, and providing smiles and treats.

The Center for Population Health Accountability commitment to urban health and social welfare is being enhanced through our new state-of-the-art care facility. The CPHA will help people in southeastern Michigan to live longer and better through an integrated continuum of primary medical and behavioral care for adults and children, with an emphasis on early intervention, including screenings and preventive care.
