Reading Month is an important time at Wayne Pediatrics. We recognize literacy as a social determinant of health,
which is why our Reach Out and Read program is a part of every patient's visit!

Throughout the month of March, also known as Reading Month, our pediatricians will be handing out goody bags
featuring our book of the month, a book mark, a pen and a notebook to launch your child's reading and writing
journey. 

Although supplies are limited and this campaign ends in April, Reach Out and Read is a year round program at
Wayne Pediatrics. At your visit, you will receive a free book and instructions on how to read effectively with your
child.

Improving literacy in our Metro Detroit community is essential to raising our patients into well-rounded, healthy
