Community health at Detroit Mack Health Center, 400 Mack

The Center for Population Health Accountability commitment to urban health and social welfare is being enhanced through our new state-of-the-art care facility. The CPHA will help people in southeastern Michigan to live longer and better through an integrated continuum of primary medical and behavioral care for adults and children, with an emphasis on early intervention, including screenings and preventive care.
